Councillor Llew Monger is a well known community activist in the Winslow Ward, having been a Town Councillor for Winslow Town since May 2007 and an AVDC District Councillor since May 2011 and now representing the Winslow Ward as a Lib Dem Coucillor on the new Buckinghamshire Council.
