Buckingham Liberal Democrats

Introducing your three candidates for the Ivinghoe Ward

Liberal Democrat candidates standing in the Ivinghoe ward for the Buckinghamshire Unitary Council election on May 6, 2021.

The Ivinghoe Ward includes the villages of Cheddington, Dagnell, Edlesborough, Northall, Ivinghoe, Ivinghoe Aston, Marsworth, Mentmore, Pitstone and Slapton.

Dilruwan, Daisy and Alon all live in the Ivinghoe ward and make a pledge that, if elected, they will stand up for your interests.

The Liberal Democrats are the largest opposition party on Buckinghamshire Council at the moment. A vote for Lib Dem candidates will strengthen your voice on the Council.

Ivinghoe Candidates 2021

Dilruwan Herath is a medical doctor with many years experiences in the health care and pharmaceutical industries. He lives in Cheddington with his family. If elected, he will focus on improving public health care and adult social care provision in Buckinghamshire, an area that aligns well with his professional expertise.

Alon Josefsberg lives in Marsworth with his family. He works as an IT Consultant. One of his main concerns is the state of our roads and infrastructure. If elected he will actively work towards getting more cycle lanes and walking paths, so we can travel safely throughout this beautiful area.

Daisy Clark grew up in High Wycombe and now lives in Ivinghoe with her husband and her twin boys. A qualified lawyer, she is now managing director of an ethical maternity clothing company, a lawyer at a European real estate company, and a governor at Brookmead School. She loves cooking and walking and running in the local countryside. If elected, she will focus particularly on environmental protection and initiatives to strengthen communities.
